Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : The position requires a person possessing BE/ B.Tech or MSc-IT or MCA degree, with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience as described above, of which at least two years should be in a techno-managerial position similar to the advertised position. Candidate possessing valid Certifications on Networking, Microsoft Technologies and IT Security are preferred.
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :This is a specialist technical position, involving the following responsibilities: Ensuring upkeep of server and end user computer equipment; Support for Users for basic office applications; Ensuring the health and security of IT Infrastructure and applications, including campus networks, email and websites and their content; Supporting Network Operations. Ensuring that users of on-site and cloud-based applications, receive adequate IT resources; Supporting network Management operations; Supporting Techno-administration including Technical support for planning for and acquiring IT equipment; and services; Support for the procurement and administration of IT service Contracts for maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure, IT security, email, Internet Communications infrastructure, website hosting and others. Effective interfacing with Service provider’s personnel and performance monitoring. Other duties that may be assigned from Time to time
