Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Degree in Law of a recognised University. Preference will be given to the candidates having Post Graduate Degree in Law. The Advocate should be registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : At least 7- 10 years practice in handling MACT and Criminal matters.
Age limit ( आयु सीमा ) : The age should not be less than 35 years and maximum 70 years.
