Pay scale ( वेतन ) : a) Rs. 25000/- per month for first two years and Rs. 28000/- for last year, for NET/GATE or any national level Ph.D entrance qualified candidate, and M.Tech candidate. b) Rs.16000/- per month for first two years and Rs. 18000/- for last year for non-NET/GATE qualified candidate.
Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : M.Tech/ M.Sc. in Physics/Nanotechnology/Photonics/Biophysics or allied subjects with at least 55% marks. NET/GATE or other national level examination qualifiers will be preferred. Candidate should have strong inclination towards research. Basic experience in MATLAB and Nanomaterial synthesis and characterizations will be ideal.

Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : M.E. / M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering and related disciplines OR B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with GATE qualification.
Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : (1) Knowledge on CMOS analog VLSI design and CMOS analog layout. (2) Knowledge of transistor level circuit simulation tool. (3) Candidates with working experience on analog VLSI domain will get preference.
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :Purely research in CMOS analog VLSI Design (Topic: power conditioning circuit for Piezoelectric energy harvester).
