Experience Requirements: 4+ years minimum experience in: 1. Core Java/J2EE/Servlets/JSP/JavaScript, OOPS, Struts Framework/Spring Framework, Hibernate technologies 2. Process methodologies - MVC, SOA Architecture
Desired Skills:
1. Good working knowledge on Tomcat/JBoss servers.
2. Developing software using Eclipse/MyEclipse IDE
3. Should have contributed in all phases of the development life cycle
4. Advise and offer input on process to design, develop, modify, and adapt system architecture, network systems for customer use
5. Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications and assist developers
6. Assess new technologies to enhance development process and optimize application delivery
7. Strong communication skills
8. Should have involved in requirements analysis, requirements development, delivery, support & analysis and documentation.
9. Actively participate in discussions with various team regarding implementation and design of solutions
10. Understand the requirements project scope and perform gap analysis
