Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Ph.D (submitted) or M.Sc with five Years of exprience in marine Science with specialization in Physical Oceanography or ME/M.Tech in Ocean Technology with 3 Years experience with at least one publication in peer reviwed national or international scientific journals

Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : Ph.D in Marine Science with specialization in Physical Oceanography
