Pay scale ( वेतन ) : INR 16000/- per month (consolidated) for candidates with NET/GATE and INR 14000/- per month (consolidated) for candidates without NET/GATE will be paid.
Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : M.Sc./M.Tech. in Physics/Applied Physics/Materials Science/Nanoscience /Nanotechnology or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks. NET or GATE qualified candidates will be preferred.

General instructions ( सामान्य निर्देश ) : 1. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Candidates are required to bring all documents and experience certificates in original for verification. 2. The position is purely contractual for the said project period. 3. Selected candidate will perform experimental research based on thin film deposition, ion implantation/irradiation, and will also be responsible for analysis and dissemination of the obtained results.
