Pay scale ( वेतन ) : Rs.40,000-44,000-48,000-52,000- 56,000-60,000-64,000/- p.m. plus HRA @ 20%

Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : A dedicated and self – motivated researcher with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics and having a first class / equivalent in Ph.D. and at the preceding degree level. The required skill set includes expertise in materials growth and in fabrication & characterization of photonics and / or electronics devices (including expertise in micro-and nano-lithography techniques).
