Pay scale ( वेतन ) : Rs. 20,000-25000/-depending on qualification and experience as per MHRD guidelines (Funding is available for one year)
Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : Knowledge and experience in both the computational biology and experimental biology, and those who have qualified GATE/NET/or other equivalent national level exam or having post graduate degree in engineering will be preferred
Desired skills ( वांछित कौशल ) : Excellent communication skills, Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, Willingness to learn new techniques
Eligibility criteria ( योग्यता ) : M.Sc./B. Tech or equivalent degree with 60% marks in Life Sciences/ Computational Biology/ Biotechnology or relevant subject area.
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :The JRF will perform R&D in the areas of Oral Cancer using various OMICs approaches with data obtained from Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies. The candidate will be responsible for performing NGS library preparation, NGS sequencing, and downstream data analysis and interpretation
