Pay scale ( वेतन ) : Rs. 2 to 3 Lakhs + HRA per month
Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : (i) Engineer in mechanical or electrical (Bachelor) with at least 20 years’ experience and out of which minimum 8 years leading position of hydraulic turbine laboratory (ii) Good knowledge in English language
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : (i) Experience in turbomachinery, preferable in hydro turbines (ii) Experience in measuring technique, preferably in turbine efficiency measurements (iii) Experience in mechanical design and fabrication (iv) Well versed in CFD analysis of Hydro Turbine (v) Ability to understand and communicate IEC regulations (vi) International exposure with various model testing laboratories (vii) Well versed and responsible to get NABL accreditation
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :• Time schedules • Overall responsibility of Model testing and laboratory • Cost analysis (laboratory costs and costs of model turbine) • Managing and guidance model tests for research purposes • Managing independent model tests for national and international partners (manufacturers, hydro power companies, and consultants) • Test report –Analysis and conclusions • Keeping the laboratory in an international competitive standard • Forcing working discipline • All technical and partly commercial dealing with customer • Act as principal investigator for procurement and works activities
