Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Degree in Engineering with MBA or Post Graduate in Science/Commerce with MBA.
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : Minimum 18 years experience in the field of material and /or Marketing in a reputed firm having minimum turn over of 300 Crores in a year. 5 years experience in a Senior Managerial position is essential.

Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : 3 years experience in Erection, Operation and Maintenance of Plant and Machinery in a large industrial undertaking preferable. In the case of inexperienced candidates, they shall be considered for engagement as Asst.Engineer (Mechanical) Trainee for a period of two years on a consolidated payment of Rs.46000/- per month for the first year and Rs.48000/-for the second year. On successful completion of training period, candidates shall be considered for regular appointment as Asst. Engineer (Mechanical).
