(ii) Master of Commerce, Final Chartered Accountants, Final Cost Accountant, Final Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretary of India, Master of Business Administration (two years course) with specialization in Finance, Subordinate Accounts Service Examination of Indian Audit and Accounts Service
