GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES 1. The Application will only trough hardcopy, the format for the same is provided in department website www.karnataka.gov.in/hfw 2. The candidates have to submit separate application for each post. 3. The candidates have to carry the original documents pertaining to above mentioned qualification, Experience and ID proof and Address proof along with photo copy of the same which has to be submitted at the time of document verification. 4. Kannada Language speaking, reading, writing and typing Proficiency is must. 5. Proficiency in computer is compulsory. 6. The number of posts and places/districts are subject to variation. 7.
