Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : M.Sc. or equivalent in Biochemistry/Human Genetics/Genetics/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/Biological Sciences or related discipline OR M.Tech. in Biotechnology/Biomedic al Engineering or related discipline
Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : NET/GATE/BET qualified (Category II merit list of DBTBET included) Research experience
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :Genotyping from blood/tissues/cultur ed cells, genomic DNA using RFLP, DNA resequencing, TaqMan-based methods, association analysis using statistical tests, manuscript preparation, performing various cell culture experimentstransfection, western blots, luciferase assays etc
