Education Requirements: Graduate from a recognized university
Experience Requirements: One year experience as Assistant Warden or in any analogous post in government educational institutions / PSUs / Autonomous bodies / Reputed Institutions.
Age Limit: 30-45 years (maximum age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years in case of NIFT employees and deserving candidates possessing higher educational qualifications/ experience)

General Information:
1. The age will be calculated on the closing date for receipt of applications for regular post i.e 23.11.2015.
2. Age relaxation in respect of internal Employees of NIFT will be considered as per Recruitment Rules (RR) of respective posts.
3. Candidates should be submitted NIFT application form only
4. No. of posts may be increased or decreased at the discretion of NIFT.
5. Mere fulfilling of qualifications and experience requirement would not entail a candidate to be called for selection process. No correspondence will be entertained from the applicant either before or after the selection. The decision of the Institute would be final.
6. Incomplete applications received without signature, Demand Draft, certified copies of educational qualifications, experience etc. will summarily be rejected without any reason and communication to the candidate.
7. NIFT will not be responsible for any postal delay / loss during transit in submission of application within specified time (ie. Last date).
8. Wrong declarations/submissions of false information or any other action contrary to law shall lead to cancellation of the candidature at any stage.
9. Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification of candidature.
10. Candidates should ensure that they fulfil the eligibility (qualification / experience/Age etc) requirements, before applying for the post attached on the web site.

12. The short listed candidates for the above mentioned posts will have to appear for the written exam which will be conducted at NIFT Campus, HSR Layout, Bengaluru.

Machine Mechanic
Salary: Rs.5200 – Rs 20200 + GP Rs.2400
Education Requirements: Diploma/Certificate from ITI as Fitter in related areas or its equivalent Diploma / Certificate recognized by the Government.
Experience Requirements: At least 3 years experience in repair and maintenance of cutting / sewing / finishing machines in garment production concerns.
Age Limit: 18-35 years (Maximum age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years in case of NIFT employees and deserving candidates possessing higher educational qualifications / experience)
