Pay scale ( वेतन ) : PB-2 of Rs 9300-34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs 5000/-

Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. (Degree obtained through distance education shall not be entertained)

Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : a). Should be conversant with the customs and usages of Sikkim. b). Should have knowledge of any of the State Languages, viz. Nepali, Sikkimese, Bhutia, Lepcha or Limbooo. c). Should have valid local Employment Card.
