Job Responsibilities / Description ( उत्तरदायित्व) : The Psychologist shall hold regular separate counselling sessions with the faculty and the students on different relevant issues. He/She will draw up a suitable programme for each month. He/She shall handle specific situations independently and in consultation with the Director/Dean/HoDs as the case may be

General Instructions ( सामान्य निर्देश ) : Period of engagement: The initial period of engagement shall be one year and subsequent extension, if any, shall on need basis. The engagement of the Psychologist would be on part-time basis. He/she will attend the Institute three days a week. He/she will be available to attend on calls, if required beyond three days in a week at no additional remuneration. He/she will be in the Institute at least four hours each day
