Responsibilities: He will be responsible for the court cases and advise the Management in handling right perspective to take appropriate decision in perusing the cases. Responsible for Managing a team, Establishing goals & objectives, Managing performance & deliverables and Developing & Mentoring staff. Will advise and act on legal risk, policy development, litigation management, regulatory competence, contact negotiation etc.
Education Requirements: Degree in Law from a recognized National/International University.
Experience Requirements: 15 years work experience in legal wing of Corporates. Proven track record in contract negotiation and drafting.
Desirable Qualifications: Master’s degree in Corporate / Maritime Law from a recognized National/International University.
Head Skills: Experience in Port / Shipping Sector/Infrastructure. Practicing experience as an Advocate.
Age Limit: Upto 40 years Relaxable in deserving cases

Manager
Salary: Scale of pay Rs. 29100-54500 (Class I) (Consolidated pay)
Responsibilities: Liaise with relevant departments to ensure where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken. Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly. Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with the external lawyers etc.
Education Requirements: Degree in Law from a recognized National/International University.
Experience Requirements: 5 years work experience in legal wing of Corporates.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Corporate / Maritime Law from a recognized National/International University
Skills: Experience in Port / Shipping Sector/Infrastructure. Practicing experience as an Advocate.
