Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : 1. M.A. or M.Sc. in Social Science or related subject from a reputed University in India or abroad. Ph.D. in Social Science or related issues is desired. 2. At least 7 years of work experience on social issues in northern India, particularly in the states of Uttarakhand& Uttar Pradesh.
Desired skills ( वांछित कौशल ) : 1. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team. 2. Knowledge of project development and project management. 3. Good writing and communication, written and oral; in both English and Hindi. 4. High level of interpersonal skills required, especially relationship management and consensus building skills and the ability to work as part of a high-level international team. 5. Good understanding of Government policies and schemes across the states of Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar is desirable.
