Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Post Graduate degree in biological or social sciences, development studies, management or a related field.

Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : Post Graduate degree in biological or social sciences, development studies, management or a related field.

Desired skills ( वांछित कौशल ) : Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team. Existing networks with the civil society and government partners in the country for wildlife conservation. Knowledge of project development and project management processes and tools. Good writing and communication skills, written and oral; in both English and Hindi. High level of interpersonal skills, especially in relationship management and consensus building and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
