Eligibility Criteria: Officers of the Central Government or State Government or High Court or District Court or PSUs or Autonomous bodies:-
(a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis, or (ii) with five years or regular service in the post in pay band-3 with grade pay of Rs.5400/-or equivalent, or (iii) with six years of regular service in the post in pay band-2 with grade pay of Rs.4800/- or equivalent,
(b) Possessing speed in stenography of 120 w.p.m. (English), and (c) Having knowledge of computers.
Age Limit: The maximum age of the applicant should not be more than 56 years on the closing date of application.

Qualifications: Officers of the Central Government or State Government or High Court; (a) (i) holding analogues posts on regular basis, or (ii) with ten years regular service in the post in the pay band-1, Rs.5200-20200/- with grade pay of Rs.2400/- or equivalent; (b) Possessing speed of stenography of 80 w.p.m.(English), (c) having knowledge of computers.
