Education Requirements: Two-year full time Post graduate diploma in Management (HR or Marketing) / MBA (HR or Marketing) from any recognized university with 5-8 years Industry / institutional experience in a variety of different programs – leading people and projects, interfacing with industry and governments and other entities, experience in vocational training, etc. OR Retired defense Personnel
Experience Requirements: Minimum Three years of experience in program Management, leading people and projects, interfacing with industries, various departments of Government.
Desirable Qualifications:
i) Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic planning skills.
ii) Excellent interpersonal and managerial/supervisory skills.
iii) Experience of handling IT Service Management/Operations
iv) Willingness to Travel extensively.
v) Experience of handling MS Project (or equivalent), MS Office Tools (Power point, Excel, Word).
