Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : First class Degree/Diploma in civil engineering from a recognized university/Government institute with good knowledge and experience of civil engineering.
Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : Possess at least two years’ experience in building works in case of degree holder and at least six years in case of Diploma holder.
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :To work under the control of the Project Engineer of the institute and to help and assist in proper implementation of time bound projects.

Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : (1) Possess good knowledge of indigenous herbs/aromatic and fragrant plants and indigenous fruits and other plants of north east India. (2) Possess knowledge of plant nutrition/fertilization/disease control. (3) Nurturey raising/field cares of plantations.

Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Masters’ degree in Aquaculture/Fisheries Resource Management/Fish Health/Fish Processing/Zoology from a recognized university with good knowledge of indigenous fishes and other aquatic fauna of north east India and fish farm activities and its management. OR Bachelor of Fisheries Science (BFSc) from a recognized university with minimum two years of practical experience with good knowledge of indigenous fishes and other aquatic fauna of north east India and fish farm activities.
Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : (1) Good knowledge of fish breeding and pond management, and (2) Experience of integrated farming system with fish as a component. The candidate is also expected to have working knowledge on vermicomposting.
