Pay scale ( वेतन ) : As per qualifications and experience.
Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a reputed institution, with additional qualification/experience of handling placement related work. Formal qualification in Marketing and Public Relations will be highly desirable. Good academic record and communication skills as well as good working knowledge of computer operations and applications is preferred.
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : Past experience of at-least three years in similar position from management institutions/ B-Schools where PGDM courses are conducted will be preferred.

Age limit ( आयु सीमा ) : Preferably below 45 years.
