Educational Requirements: B.E. in Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 70% marks and PhD in the research area of process modelling, simulation and optimization.

Experience Requirements: Research experience in the area of modelling validation and optimization of oil well drilling process, requirement capture, design and development of software tools for improving oil well drilling process. Project planning and management, People management, Formulation of reporting mechanism between stakeholders and project team
